Filter Mats
Filter mats, supplied in rolls or custom-cut panels, are an economical and reliable solution for air purification in general ventilation systems and painting booths. Available in synthetic fibre and fiberglass, they offer efficiency classes ranging from ISO Coarse 35 to ISO ePM10 60 according to EN ISO 16890, equivalent to G2–M5 classes under EN 779:2012.

Synthetic Fibre Filter Mat
Made with blends of synthetic fibres of different diameters, properly bonded together, these mats offer excellent mechanical strength and high dust-holding capacity.
Fiberglass Filter Mat
Ideal for applications requiring efficient filtration and high thermal resistance. Thanks to their progressive structure, they provide good retention of dust and particulate. They are particularly suitable for capturing excess paint in the exhaust air of painting booths.

We supply filter mats with efficiency classes from ISO Coarse 35 to ISO ePM10 60 according to EN ISO 16890 (G2 to M5 according to EN 779:2012). Flame resistance is rated F1 according to DIN 53438. For specific applications and markets, mats with M1 classification according to French standard NF P 92-507 are also available. Available in rolls or custom-cut panels.
Applications
Filter mats are used in general ventilation systems and painting booths (LF600M). In particular, the LF600M mat is used as a “ceiling filter” in industrial painting booths, ensuring a uniform airflow free of particles that could compromise product finishing. Fiberglass panels or rolls (FV50) are used to retain excess paint in exhaust air.
Installation and Maintenance
Easy to install on standard frames or custom structures. To ensure consistent performance, periodic maintenance is recommended, with replacement or cleaning based on clogging level.
